Shipping & Returns
All domestic shipping is done via USPS Priority Mail or Priority Mail Express flat rate box or envelope with full insurance. All international shipping is done only by Priority Mail Express flat rate box or envelope with full insurance. Once an item is ordered, the cost of shipping is based upon your location and size. Combining multiple items into one package is fine but some large items must be shipped by themselves. Large items may require additional packing to protect them before shipment and require a custom shipping quote. Buyers are fully responsible for paying all duties, VAT, or other import associated taxes of the purchased item(s). Feel free to contact me before purchase if you have any questions.
Local pickup or delivery is also an option but contact me for details before ordering.
Returns are accepted during a three-day inspection period starting upon acceptance of the item with a 10% restocking fee of the original purchase price. Items wanting to be returned after this three-day inspection period can be purchased back at a discounted price at the discretion of the management of Rain Dragon Art and Antiques, LLC.
